Irecently bought a VCDS to troubleshoot a heating issue we have with our car (Audi A4 B8 8K 2014 Quattro). The car doesn't overheat, so I don't think it is the water pump (although my mechanic mate reckons they tend to fail quite a bit). I think it could be the heater control valve (or also known as a stop coolant valve)

Letsget together and solve it. ISSUE. -------. --Traction control light's up solid and will not go out until the ignition is cycled ON/OFF--. It usually happens at low speed with hard turns. ie parking lots. Pressing the traction control button has no effect. Traction control is disabled while the light is solid on.
